Chennai, Tamil Nadu Time:
Millions of people
from around the world have called on Sri Lanka to
seek a negotiated political solution.
But what has come out of this until now? The
genocide still continues.
The Government of India, the only entity that can
politically intervene to ensure an immediate
cease-fire, continues to turn a blind eye. How can
we let the silence continue, in the face of a
genocide?
CanadianHART has therefore taken the initiative to
call on all our people spread far and wide around
the globe to join us in calling on our brothers and
sisters in Tamil Nadu, India to immediately act to
ensure that the Government of India intervenes
immediately to bring a halt to the genocide of
Tamils. |
